Clerk for Warehouse & RMA Management(m/w/x)
Processing RMA requests and handling goods for railway connectivity solutions. ERP system experience, preferably NetSuite, required. Flexible working arrangements, reasonable adjustments.
Requirements
- Certified merchandiser for industry or retail, or equivalent experience
- Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (preferably Office 365)
- Good level of English
- Experience in customer service environments
- Experience with databases and ERP systems
- Experience in warehouse operations (order picking, work planning)
- Understanding and accurate following of operational processes
- Punctuality and reliability
- High care and accuracy in work
- Strong team player
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure

- Follow up on quotations
- Prepare conference rooms
- Support meetings
- Inspect returned goods
- Update Repair and RMA database
- Conduct outgoing goods inspections
- Complete administrative documentation
- Pick orders
- Prepare items for production
- Support repair team collaboration
- Prepare delivery notes
- Create shipping documentation
- Manage ERP transactions
- Support customs activities
- Assess transport damage
- Produce damage reports
- Check incoming invoices
