Requirements
- Leadership in digital platform/product security and traditional GRC
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps, cloud-native, security engineering, product security integration
- Ability to lead DevSecOps, cloud-native, security engineering, product security integration workstreams
- Strategic thinking with hands-on depth
- Understanding of balancing risk awareness and commercial reality
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented leadership
- Belief in security empowering teams and protecting customers
- Platform thinking, not siloed thinking
- Building scalable systems, not control towers
- Shaping and securing AI-driven capabilities
- Expertise in data protection for AI
- Expertise in AI model risk management
- Expertise in responsible AI usage
Tasks
- Lead security organization
- Report to CIO
- Integrate security into product lifecycle
- Establish DevSecOps-driven Secure SDLC
- Build platform security mindset
- Ensure cloud-native architecture security
- Reduce engineering friction through automation
- Drive pragmatic risk management
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Advise CIO and leadership on security
- Lead and develop security team
- Foster culture of ownership and improvement
- Collaborate across engineering and business
Work Experience

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
