- Lean management in standardization & Past-Database management
- Customer orientation
- Fluent German and English (mandatory)
- High personal ownership, integrity, and leadership by example
- Office presence necessary
Tasks
- Drive product turnaround and future strategy
- Manage end-to-end product vision and portfolio
- Lead product development lifecycle
- Build market-driven product portfolio
- Set clear strategic priorities
- Develop high-performing product and engineering teams
- Work closely with customers, production, sales, and engineering
- Maintain strong on-site presence
- Foster transparency and accountability
- Manage design team (10-20 employees)
- Structure and prioritize design tasks and projects
- Ensure cost-effective and timely design results
- Analyze and advise on technical customer requirements
- Manage product lifecycle
- Develop processes, standards, and design guidelines
- Support sales in proposal stage
- Collaborate with manufacturing and clients
- Support talent selection, development, and retention
- Establish structured R&D department
- Focus on digital automation (configurator/job server)
- Report to CEO
- Collaborate with COO and CFO
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree

- German – Business Fluent
