- Sound technical background, hands-on synthetic/polymer chemistry (PhD level), additional research experience

- Fluency in English, operational French (B2)
Tasks
- Lead security ink formulation R&D projects with customers
- Drive projects from early stage to industrialization
- Design, plan, and execute laboratory scale projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams
- Support scale-up to pilot and production scale
- Facilitate technology transfer to operational units
- Maintain technology awareness
- Identify innovation opportunities
- Conduct literature research and scientific networking
- Assist in maintaining a strong IP portfolio
