Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management
• •10+ years of experience planning and delivering projects for in-house software development teams in digital advertising
• •Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• •Experience in conducting cost-benefit analysis
• •Experience in allocating resources effectively and managing project timelines
• •Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making
• •Experience in fostering cooperation and open communication among departments
• •Ability to predict challenges and manage shifting priorities
• •Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing talent in the technical department
• •Effective communication skills for interaction with stakeholders
• •Ability to work effectively in high-pace, ambiguous, and distributed environments
• •Good understanding of Software Development lifecycles

Tasks

• •Own multiple assigned projects from initiation to transition
• •Analyze and develop requirements and standards for projects
• •Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful outcomes
• •Streamline operations in the CTO office, focusing on resource planning and innovation
• •Manage ideation and delivery of incubation programs and new ventures
• •Evaluate technical choices against customer outcomes
• •Assign and oversee daily tasks of technical personnel
• •Conduct regular technical team meetings to track progress
• •Define clear deliverables and roles for project staff
• •Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options
• •Recruit and train exceptional employees for the technical department
• •Maintain and update all production technologies
