Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and channel partner dynamics
  • Working experience with DACH partners
  • Proficiency in English and German (written and verbal)

  • Serve as primary contact for DACH partners
  • Address partner needs and concerns
  • Develop and execute joint partner business plans
  • Execute strategic plans with channel partners
  • Achieve sales targets through channel partners
  • Recruit new partners in the region
  • Lead partner onboarding processes
  • Educate partners on products, services, and programs
  • Provide training materials and resources to partners
  • Deliver training sessions to partners
  • Train partners on company products and services
  • Support partners during the sales process
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Organize product demonstrations
  • Report on partner sales performance
  • Report on partner renewal targets
  • Report on partner goal progress
  • Assist with partner deal registration
  • Track deal status weekly
  • Collaborate with internal teams for partner resources
