Channel Account Manager - Inside Sales(m/w/x)

Tasks
- Achieve bookings quota and KPIs for assigned Partner Accounts
- Collaborate with Channel Account Executives and Sales Engineers to drive Partner business
- Develop and execute joint Partner business plans aligned with Sophos goals
- Serve as first point of contact for operational issues and coordinate between Partners and Sophos
- Articulate Sophos’ value proposition to maintain and expand business with Partners
- Support channel planning process with dedicated Channel Account Executives
- Secure and develop Partner Opportunities with Customer Account Teams
- Maintain regular meetings with Partners and End-Customer Account Teams for pipeline management
- Implement Sophos sales methodologies in daily business calls with partners
- Create and deliver sales presentations to Regional Partners to increase Sophos share
- Provide knowledgeable advice and support to Partners
- Establish support mechanisms to make Sophos the preferred vendor
- Drive high renewal rates through Partner customers and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Work closely with the MSP team to develop business opportunities
- Train and coach Partners on Sophos systems and tools
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Sophos products and services
- Participate in internal education and training programs
- Adhere to CRM and business systems standards, ensuring accurate activity logging
- Respond quickly to requests and queries in personal and team mailboxes
- Analyze Partner performance using key metrics
- Deliver quarterly business reviews to Management
- Attend partner sites and Sophos events to generate business opportunities
- Substitute for colleagues in the sales team during absences
Education
- High school diploma
