Requirements
- Business administration degree with communication focus
- Technical degree (e.g., automotive engineering)
- Commercial experience, preferably as assistant or project assistant
- Routine in automotive environment
- Strong organizational, structural, and planning skills
- Very proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Know-how in web conferencing and database systems (bonus)
- Open, reliable, and friendly demeanor
- Team spirit and flexibility
- Customer and service-oriented thinking
- Strong communication skills (phone and written), also in English
- Knowledge in another foreign language (ideally)
Tasks
- Coordinate and prepare internal and external project meetings
- Communicate with suppliers via phone and email
- Create and maintain protocols for SE and supplier meetings
- Structure open tasks and distribute to internal and external partners
- Ensure reliable follow-up on assigned tasks
- Participate in project meetings
- Collaborate closely with key interfaces (Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Quality, Controlling)
- Update and maintain tracking lists in Excel
Work Experience
- approx. 1 - 4 years

- Bachelor's degree
