Requirements

  • University student with 3-4 semesters completed in business administration, management, business psychology, communications, public relations, or similar
  • Initial experience in communication, change management, or project management support
  • Previous experience in management consulting (highly appreciated)
  • Change & Communication experience in life science/healthcare environment (plus)
  • Excellent PowerPoint and slide design skills
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools for engaging material creation (plus)
  • Strong communication skills (written and presentation)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Structured, independent working style
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to drive topics forward
  • Curious and proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a complex, multi-cultural environment
  • Fluent German (written and verbal)
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Eligibility to work in Germany
