- Ensure budget accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor financial performance
- Report on revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability
- Analyze key financial metrics
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations
- Support business decisions and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations
- Maintain internal controls and policies
- Lead and mentor finance team
- Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Engage with investors, banks, auditors, and regulators
