Requirements

• •First experience in B2B SaaS, fast-growing startups, or strategy consulting
• •Very strong analytical and structuring skills
• •Hands-on execution capability
• •Curiosity and comfort with complexity
• •Strong ownership mindset
• •Experience with HubSpot and/or Canva
• •Interest in growth hacking, marketing, or sales
• •German or Polish language skills
• •Curiosity for logistics, transport, or industrial tech
• •Exposure to fundraising, VC, or startups
• •Berlin-based, 100% onsite
• •Comfortable in a fast-moving, demanding environment

Tasks

• •Drive and execute LinkedIn content and marketing initiatives
• •Support product marketing with case studies and campaigns
• •Experiment with growth ideas and iterate based on results
• •Quickly turn ideas into execution without lengthy presentations
• •Maintain CRM hygiene and manage sales operations in HubSpot
• •Track pipeline, conversion metrics, and campaign performance
• •Prepare materials for customer meetings and events
• •Assist in customer pitches and follow-up processes
• •Conduct prospect research and target key accounts
• •Analyze markets, competitors, and customer use cases
• •Structure operational topics to ensure smooth progress
• •Create Excel models, presentations, and dashboards
• •Take ownership of recurring operational tasks and improve them
• •Support ad-hoc analyses and investor presentations as needed
