Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with Military CBRN Operations as staff representative at Brigade Level or higher
  • 3+ years experience with Military Decision-Making Process, planning, coordinating, executing Military operations at Division level or higher
  • 3+ years experience with Exercise planning and tools (JTT, ARTIMS, JOPES)
  • 3+ years experience writing CONOPS and Orders
  • Ability to provide analysis and advice on CWMD and CBRN matters to senior leadership
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with CWMD Policy
  • Experience with Palantir and Maven Smart Systems (MSS)
  • Knowledge of NATO Planning Processes
  • Master’s degree
  • JPME II Certification
  • TS/SCI clearance eligibility for classified information access

Tasks

  • Plan and integrate CBRN capabilities into multinational exercises
  • Lead incorporation of CBRN objectives into critical exercises
  • Ensure activities support emerging operational requirements
  • Coordinate closely with clients and exercise planners
  • Provide subject matter expertise for deliberate planning
  • Provide subject matter expertise for crisis action planning
  • Develop and refine CONOPs, OPLANs, and Orders
  • Synchronize with Joint, multinational, and headquarters staff
