- Collaborate with budget holders to create specifications
- Prepare complex comparison charts for heterogeneous bids
- Homogenize product specifications to improve negotiation results
- Aggregate demand to optimize administrative workload
- Present purchase strategies and award proposals to committees
- Record purchase information in the ACM procurement system
- Implement strategies to improve negotiation and client satisfaction
- Manage the reception and analysis of supplier offers
- Foster electronic negotiation through e-sourcing tools
- Support the negotiation phase with vendors
- Optimize and manage the product line supplier base
- Maximize concurrency while maintaining quality and service levels
- Develop methodologies and best practices to add value
- Cooperate in creating the global procurement map
- Maintain and follow up on the spent scorecard
