Requirements
- Master’s degree in economics, marketing, or equivalent
- 3+ years in Category Management, ideally with GS1-certification
- Comprehensive knowledge of panel data (GfK, Circana, YouGov)
- Ability to analyze and leverage panel data strategically
- Excellent storytelling and communication abilities
- Ability to set-up compelling sell-in strategies
- Clear understanding of growth levers in stationary retail
- Knowledge of how to activate retail growth levers
- First experience in retail media, ideally
- Knowledge of eCommerce, ideally
- Proven track record in strategic planning
- Proven track record in market analysis
- Proven track record in brand growth
- Collaborative mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluency in German (full professional proficiency)

- Ensure strong customer buy-in through insight-driven narratives
- Oversee local data contracts
- Manage strategic relationships with Nielsen, GfK, IRI
- Ensure optimal budget allocation for insights and reporting
- Lead shelf and category management initiatives
- Collaborate with customers to enhance category impact
- Act as channel expert for eCom activation
- Ensure top-tier execution across digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
