Tasks

  • Conduct market, industry, and company research
  • Support deal execution and draft marketing materials
  • Perform financial analyses and assess capital structures
  • Identify suitable financing parties
  • Participate in due diligence and closing processes
  • Prepare pitch presentations
  • Support senior bankers with business development
  • Assist with meeting preparation
  • Engage in extensive deal flow and learning opportunities
  • Work in small deal teams within sector groups
  • Experience a variety of deal situations
  • Contribute to team efforts with seasoned bankers
  • Develop skills in corporate finance, valuation, and strategic thinking
  • Access Wallstreet Prep and Training the Street resources
  • Utilize the Lincoln Learning Platform and AI tool
  • Participate in networking opportunities with senior bankers

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
