Tasks
- Conduct market, industry, and company research
- Support deal execution and draft marketing materials
- Perform financial analyses and assess capital structures
- Identify suitable financing parties
- Participate in due diligence and closing processes
- Prepare pitch presentations
- Support senior bankers with business development
- Assist with meeting preparation
- Engage in extensive deal flow and learning opportunities
- Work in small deal teams within sector groups
- Experience a variety of deal situations
- Contribute to team efforts with seasoned bankers
- Develop skills in corporate finance, valuation, and strategic thinking
- Access Wallstreet Prep and Training the Street resources
- Utilize the Lincoln Learning Platform and AI tool
- Participate in networking opportunities with senior bankers
