- Coordinate vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teams
- Maintain and develop relationships with external partners
- Update vehicle information systems according to established procedures
- Transport campervans between vendors, parking facilities, and depots
- Organize and clean depot equipment and spare parts
- Manage and update spare parts inventory systems
- Prepare vehicles and equipment for customer use
- Assist with reservations, guest welcomes, and check-in processes
- Handle shipments and organize storage areas
- Register item consumption and place new supply orders
- Maintain depot equipment, extras, and consumables
