  • •Ensure material availability through inventory optimization
  • •Implement replenishment solutions like VMI or consignment
  • •Collaborate with planning on demand forecasts and risks
  • •Communicate capacity constraints and supplier shutdowns
  • •Drive procurement KPIs for delivery, quality, and cost
  • •Lead continuous improvement and short-term containment initiatives
  • •Enforce procurement policies and support audit requirements
  • •Provide support for procurement system access and navigation
