Tasks
- Purchase materials following technical specifications and contractual terms
- Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with key suppliers
- Renew price lists and terms and conditions periodically
- Create and process purchase orders from requisitions
- Monitor supplier delivery, quality, and CO₂ footprint
- Resolve supplier performance and lead time issues
- Identify and qualify new suppliers with Quality and Engineering
- Align supplier orders with customer requirements and sustainability
- Ensure purchasing activities comply with corporate policies
- Provide relevant market insights to the business
