Tasks
- Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders
- Transmit orders to suppliers
- Clarify requisition changes with suppliers
- Adjust purchase orders during ongoing processes
- Maintain accurate data in the ERP system
- Track delivery dates until warehouse arrival
- Obtain missing documentation for goods
- Prepare defect reports for non-conforming items
- Handle complaints and return rejected goods
- Review invoices for quantity and price irregularities
- Clarify invoice deviations with suppliers
- Prepare customs value verification for non-EU imports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
