Requirements

Tasks

• •Lead according to Eurofins Leadership Charter
• •Establish and communicate a clear vision and culture for the business unit
• •Foster open communication and team spirit
• •Act as Eurofins representative and Managing Director
• •Develop strategic plans for service portfolio and IT solutions
• •Collaborate with functional leaders on competitive strategy and revenue growth
• •Create a value proposition to enhance customer loyalty
• •Participate in Key Account and relationship management
• •Account for the consolidated P&L
• •Increase operational effectiveness and productivity
• •Implement best-in-class processes and metrics
• •Define and communicate goals and milestones with company leaders
• •Analyze operating results against established objectives
• •Ensure financial soundness and take corrective actions as needed
• •Oversee quality of services and compliance with legal obligations
