Description

As a Business Unit Director for Specialties, you will drive financial performance by developing strategic plans, managing budgets, and leading a motivated team. This role involves analyzing data to uncover opportunities and making key decisions that shape the success of the business.

Requirements

• •Strong understanding of Chemicals or Coatings business dynamics and markets
• •Proficiency in financial management, P&L analysis, and forecasting
• •Ability to develop and execute long-term plans aligning with financial goals
• •Ability to lead and inspire a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• •Completed degree in business administration, economics, chemicals, or related field
• •At least 10 years of professional experience in customer-related and operational roles
• •In-depth knowledge of the Industrial Coatings market and competitive analysis
• •Strong skills in project management and coordinating interdisciplinary teams
• •Strong financial acumen and technical capabilities in IT systems (Excel, Power BI, SAP / BW)
• •Analytical thinking skills and ability to interpret complex data
• •Strong communication and presentation skills
• •Proactive, independent work style and team orientation
• •Ability to operate in a very dynamic environment, managing a global matrix
