Requirements

  • •Several years of professional experience in product management, ad tech, digital marketing, or retail media
  • •Solid understanding of onsite advertising formats, especially Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands
  • •Experience working in cross-functional environments and collaborating with technical and commercial teams
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Familiarity with ad tech platforms, DSPs, retail media networks, or related systems
  • •Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • •Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail

Tasks

  • •Own the business strategy for Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands
  • •Track performance and optimize advertising formats
  • •Translate business needs into technical requirements
  • •Collaborate on product roadmap and feature development
  • •Monitor product performance and usage patterns
  • •Analyze advertiser feedback for improvement opportunities
  • •Define and track key KPIs like CTR and ROAS
  • •Drive go-to-market planning and positioning
  • •Lead business input for A/B tests and feature rollouts
  • •Support inventory mapping and monetization strategy
  • •Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
