  • •Good understanding of cloud solutions for EAM integrated with S/4HANA
  • •Several years of experience in Support or Consulting
  • •Practical experience in managing customers and SAP implementation projects
  • •Good communication skills
  • •High-quality service mindset
  • •Generic programming skills in ABAP
  • •Fluency in English and German

  • •Deliver remote and onsite services focused on system optimization and conceptual planning
  • •Empower customers with the latest best practice knowledge
  • •Analyze complex business processes, including root cause analysis and optimization
  • •Focus on asset management processes in heterogeneous system landscapes
  • •Continuously develop functional and technical skills in S/4HANA and SAP Industry Cloud solutions
  • •Build strong networks within SAP and collaborate effectively with team members
  • •Lead service delivery and escalation teams
  • •Mentor and train Early Talents in the team
