- •Degree in computer science, business or engineering
- •Strong self-motivation and initiative
- •Strong problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking
- •Ability to structure and document methodologies
- •Willingness to travel occasionally
- •Fluent written and spoken English
- •Beneficial exposure to SAP Technology Portfolio
- •Ideally first relevant IT industry experience
- •Ideally hands-on expertise with SAP HANA DB
- •Fluency in German as a plus

- •Define service methodologies and assets
- •Consult customers on technical architecture topics
- •Manage sizing and resource consumption
- •Ensure high availability and disaster recovery
- •Master SAP HANA and ABAP platforms
- •Utilize data management and backup solutions
- •Work with virtualization and storage software
- •Support SAP Cloud ERP and BTP
- •Attend standard SAP technical trainings
- •Deliver remote and on-site customer workshops
- •Update and refine service delivery content
- •Create enablement videos and e-learnings
- •Build strategic networks across global locations
- •Implement AI-supported service delivery methods
