- Drive alignment with Operations, Finance, Commercial, IT, Quality, and Regulatory
- Monitor planning performance and initiate improvements
- Act as business owner for planning systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, IBP, analytics tools)
- Contribute to continuous development and enhancement of planning systems
- Optimize processes and promote digitalization
- Support data-driven decision-making
- Drive adoption of new processes and systems
- Implement change initiatives and training programs
