- •Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or certification
- •Project management certification as strong advantage
- •5+ years experience in Accounting or Controlling
- •Ideally 7+ years experience in Finance or IT
- •Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP
- •Proficiency in consolidation and R2R tools
- •Experience with automation tools like RPA or AI
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •High attention to detail and results-orientation
- •Independent work style and global collaboration
- •Excellent communication skills in English

- •Conduct discrepancy analyses and corrective actions
- •Deliver R2R trainings and documentation
- •Support system implementations and upgrades
- •Update leadership on process metrics
- •Manage finance colleagues in a matrix organization
- •Collaborate with global departments and senior management
