Requirements
- •Degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- •Minimum 7 years of experience in OTC domain with at least 4 years in OTC Process Architecture & Design
- •Proven functional SAP S/4 HANA expertise
- •Excellent understanding of corporate value chain and end-to-end processes in industrial environment with focus on sales processes (OTC)
- •Flexibility to familiarise quickly with new issues
- •Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
- •Very good communication skills in English
- •Willingness to travel in EMEA region (20 - 30%)
- •SAP certifications or equivalent

- •Manage independent process design and implementation
- •Oversee SAP S/4 HANA roll-outs and integrations
- •Collaborate on SAP OTC template design
- •Conduct process reviews and adjustments

- •Analyze errors and coordinate corrective measures
- •Participate in the digital transformation of processes
- •Create user documentation and process descriptions
- •Analyze change requests
- •Work closely with process managers and central IT
- •Ensure compliance with template specifications for rollouts
