Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • •4-6 years of relevant professional experience in Production and Logistics Management
  • •In-depth understanding of E2E business processes like Production and supply planning
  • •Proven experience with business requirements management and design of business processes
  • •Experience with SAP R/3 and ideally SAP S/4HANA
  • •Relevant industry knowledge
  • •Excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills
  • •Ability to build networks and work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global team
  • •Business fluent in English and German
  • •Willingness to travel

4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Analyze and coordinate global E2E business processes
  • •Align requirements with ZEISS MED representatives and IT experts
  • •Improve and test existing SAP templates
  • •Add new functionalities to E2E business processes
  • •Support change control and demand management for ZEISS entities in SAP S/4HANA
  • •Contribute functional expertise to design to-be processes
  • •Identify handover points and interfaces to other E2E processes
  • •Prepare process design decisions within E2E workstreams
  • •Act as coordinator for efficient design work in ZEISS MED
  • •Participate in agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups
  • •Support the creation of training concepts and documents
