- •Experience in a platform-based, multi-retailer environment
- •Strong strategic mindset and operational execution skills
- •Experience building and leading multi-level teams
- •Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

- •Develop and own the end-to-end strategy for Onsite, Offsite, and Retail Media Sales
- •Build a scalable Retail Media organization and lead functional teams
- •Own the product and portfolio strategy for ad inventory and data products
- •Enhance the Retail Media Sales setup, including agency and brand sales
- •Manage pricing frameworks and go-to-market approach
- •Take full financial ownership, including forecasting and budgeting
- •Represent idealo in the market and build a strong network with partners
