- Confidence with Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools

- Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration
- Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented approach
Tasks
- Review contracts for formal completeness
- Track and monitor data protection requirements
- Support AI guideline implementation and compliance
- Coordinate governance-related applications and approvals
- Maintain documentation and governance registers
- Translate internal policies into operational processes
- Ensure audit readiness and material traceability
- Support operational cost controlling and budgeting
- Review and pre-book invoices
- Allocate costs to accounts and cost centers
- Coordinate with Accounting, Controlling, and Project Owners
- Reconcile time records with invoices
- Manage invoice review and approval processes
- Maintain central overviews of contracts and tools
- Identify and escalate cost deviations
