As a Business Implementation Analyst, you will play a key role in managing critical data processes, collaborating with various teams to ensure data quality, and driving improvements across systems. Your work will directly impact the ability to navigate the energy market effectively.

Requirements

• •University degree
• •At least 3 years of professional experience in energy or commodity trading
• •Demonstrated interest in energy trading, risk management, and commodity trade life cycle
• •Strong understanding of data pipelines, data validation, and data quality frameworks
• •Proficiency with SQL and experience with relational databases
• •Experience with Python
• •Proactive delivery attitude
• •Ability to self-initiate changes and translate business requests into actionable plans
• •Solid IT user knowledge; experience with ETRM systems, Snowflake, and Power BI
• •Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Tasks

• •Manage processes that create critical business data
• •Define and implement data validation rules and quality checks
• •Maintain and expand the curated data layer with IT
• •Collaborate with product teams to define data models
• •Work with business teams on critical reporting needs
• •Ensure quality and consistency of key business data
• •Perform root cause analysis of data issues
• •Drive corrective actions across upstream systems
• •Take ownership of data products and governance initiatives
• •Coordinate change delivery with business departments
• •Support end users in analyzing and understanding data
