- 3 years commercial experience in food/liquid food industry
- Good understanding of Sales-and-Customer Management process
- Good knowledge of Sales-And-Customer Management systems and master data (SAP)
- Ability and willingness to work with commercial contracts
- Understanding of pricing maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree or similar, or completed apprenticeship
- Successful track record in agile working
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good customer understanding
- Drive to support sales teams

- Ability to inspire and motivate others
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Drive commercial practices process
- Support sales team in three businesses
- Improve sales management processes
- Ensure local compliance with global policies
- Set ambitions for S&CM process
- Develop action plans and milestones
- Provide analytical input for decision making
- Build frontline capability for commercial practices
- Support end-users with training
- Share best practices globally
- Implement local and global improvements
- Coordinate commercial contract templates
- Manage pricing process improvements
- Support commercial audits and market reviews
- Align with local and central teams
- Train end-users as needed
- Act as local key contact for commercial topics
- Collect end-user feedback
- Coordinate continuous improvement efforts
