- Design, refine, and institutionalize Business Enablement processes
- Design, refine, and institutionalize Business Enablement service models
- Establish clear workflows, roles, and standards
- Create a robust, scalable operating model
- Engage with senior leadership, Practice Areas, and KM colleagues
- Ensure alignment with consulting needs and KM strategy
- Contribute to KM strategic planning
- Contribute to cross-unit initiatives
