Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline, ideally with master’s in business administration or equivalent
- Several years of experience selling high-end capital equipment
- Experience in medical technology sector, robotic surgery, surgical microscopes, or exoscopes (advantageous)
- Proven sales experience
- International business exposure in global or cross-regional environment (ideally)
- Strong analytical skills
- Confidence managing complex topics, advanced medical technologies, diverse sales approaches

- Support local teams through structured knowledge transfer
- Provide professional instruction in Robotic Surgery
- Support local business planning
- Offer strategic guidance on clinical topics
