  • Define focus components and align priorities with COM and PLM
  • Refine global strategies by monitoring market and competitive trends
  • Build strategic technology partnerships with research institutions and universities
  • Transfer technical expertise and application insights to sales teams
  • Coordinate know-how transfer between Application Development, Sales, and Engineering
  • Create structured action plans for segment and customer revenue growth
  • Support the sales force in developing leads and tool-related solutions
