- •Manage KPIs to ensure local execution of global strategies
- •Develop a segment-specific budgeting process aligned with growth ambitions
- •Translate customer needs into concrete portfolio requirements
- •Define focus components and align priorities with COM and PLM
- •Refine global strategies by monitoring market and competitive trends
- •Build strategic technology partnerships with research institutions and universities
- •Transfer technical expertise and application insights to sales teams
- •Coordinate know-how transfer between Application Development, Sales, and Engineering
- •Create structured action plans for segment and customer revenue growth
- •Support the sales force in developing leads and tool-related solutions
