Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or comparable
- Several years of experience in business/project controlling, ideally in energy, infrastructure, or project-based environments
- Confident working with SAP (S/4 HANA) and Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI; automation skills are a plus)
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and structured working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial topics to non-financial stakeholders
- Fluency in German and English
Tasks
- Act as financial business partner for solar development subsidiary
- Facilitate alignment between subsidiary and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate financial handover of projects to internal teams
- Provide controlling support for O&M projects
- Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and actuals
- Conduct variance and risk analysis
- Ensure financial governance and compliance with IFRS
- Contribute to management reporting and dashboards
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses
- Drive process improvements and automation
