Requirements

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration/Economics, or comparable qualification
  • Experience in IT project management and Sales-related ERP/CRM modules (ideally IFS & Dynamics 365)
  • Experience in Sales function within industrial or machinery environment
  • Understanding of core Sales processes
  • Ability to understand incidents, drive changes, and work analytically
  • Strong communication, facilitation, structured, independent working style
  • Good English skills
  • Confident use of collaboration and documentation tools

Tasks

  • Analyze and optimize Sales processes
  • Derive and describe change requests
  • Support implementation with internal and external partners
  • Identify upcoming business needs
  • Contribute to future solution design
  • Prepare workshops
  • Prepare decision papers
  • Prepare cross-functional alignments
  • Analyze and resolve incidents
  • Perform root-cause assessment and validation testing
  • Manage and support Sales applications (ERP/CRM)
  • Perform basic configuration of applications
  • Ensure system stability of applications
  • Coordinate interfaces
  • Coordinate external service providers
  • Support release activities
  • Support testing cycles
  • Support quality assurance
  • Maintain active, transparent communication with business, ISM team, and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings
  • Moderate discussions
  • Manage escalations when required
  • Onboard new employees
  • Conduct user trainings for Sales applications and processes
  • Prepare concise documentation for processes, systems, and changes
