- Ensure applications meet functional and business requirements
- Identify and resolve issues within system applications
- Oversee order processing, pricing, and sales performance tools
- Manage warehouse, transport, and freight cost applications
- Coordinate customer order returns and invoicing processes
- Verify software integration compliance and interface specifications
- Conduct impact analyses for monthly code drop releases
- Assist business teams with SIT and UAT requirements
- Translate requirements into technical designs and configuration documents
