- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years experience in pharma analytics, sales operations, or SFE roles
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes and field force dynamics
- Proven experience in analytics and performance management

Tasks
- Develop business frameworks based on stakeholder needs
- Develop analytical processes based on stakeholder needs
- Implement SFE programs with internal stakeholders
- Measure and monitor sales force activity
- Align sales force results with stakeholder needs
- Monitor sales data and activities
- Provide recommendations to sales managers
- Improve sales team performance
- Provide ongoing support to the field force
- Recommend methods to optimize coverage
- Segment and target stakeholders across channels
- Bridge the gap between CRM system and users
- Apply business process understanding to CRM
- Customize systems for local business needs
- Create and run primary and secondary market research
- Provide reliable analyses and reports to internal customers
- Support strategic decision-making with analyses
- Present recommendations and findings to stakeholders
- Define productivity indicators for performance measurement
- Ensure effective implementation of launch and action plans
- Develop tailored dashboards and reports
- Ensure user-friendly and implementable dashboards
- Act as MRP Owner
