- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Proficiency in process mapping (e.g., BPMN), modelling (e.g., UML), and requirements gathering
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Practical knowledge in documenting complex systems for users and clients
- •Excellent in written and spoken English
- •Experience in fraud detection or payments domain
- •Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration

- •Support customers in analyzing business needs
- •Define and update business requirements specifications
- •Ensure solution integrity by detailing requirements and use cases
- •Design and refine end-to-end solutions across applications
- •Verify requests with Product Owners for alignment with strategy
- •Gather development cost estimates during project initiation
- •Act as the primary contact for Product Owners during demand and delivery
- •Manage project assignments and coordinate technical alignments
- •Write business specifications for the development team
- •Maintain up-to-date product documentation
- •Assist the DevOps team in problem analysis
- •Communicate detailed requirements to relevant stakeholders
- •Support junior business engineers in their development
- •Contribute to improvements in business engineering approaches
