- Proven analytical experience in operational, logistics, or supply chain
- Solid data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting experience
- Analyze operational processes and translate data insights
- Fluent English and German communication skills
Tasks
- Collect and clean operational and performance data
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities
- Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports
- Maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for management and teams
- Ensure data accuracy and clear visualization
- Perform daily, weekly, and ad-hoc operational performance analyses
- Monitor and analyse KPIs for operational efficiency, quality, and service levels
- Focus on operational quality in relation to SLAs and contractual requirements
- Prepare regular performance summaries and deep-dive analyses
- Evaluate existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Support and drive process optimisation initiatives
- Conduct data reviews of CI projects and operational developments
- Support department contingency improvement through scenario analysis
- Perform ABC reconciliation between operational output and order book
- Provide analytical support for operational issue resolution
- Translate complex analytical results into actionable insights
- Support improvement workshops with analytical findings
