- Draft technical change requests
- Oversee implementation of technical change requests
- Understand the connectivity portfolio thoroughly
- Drive growth of the connectivity portfolio
- Ensure systematic technical implementation
- Engage with customers to identify connectivity needs
- Assess upselling opportunities with customers
- Support business development initiatives
- Respond to customer inquiries about Connectivity Services
- Monitor the competitive landscape
- Identify emerging trends
- Contribute ideas for new product development
- Participate in strategic projects within Group Deutsche Börse
