Repairing mechanical, plumbing, and structural systems; managing facility energy programs at a global facility management provider. Local or state certifications/licenses required; Universal CFC certification preferred. 5+ weeks vacation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 4-5 years of job-related experience
- Universal CFC certification preferred
- Required local or state certifications or licenses
- Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs.
- Judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
- Willingness to take new perspectives on solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Tasks

- Ensure building systems meet applicable standards
- Comply with codes and safety regulations
- Manage the facility energy program for efficiency
- Implement preventive maintenance for building machinery
- Perform emergency repairs as needed
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace
- Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Optimize equipment to meet client environmental conditions
- Provide innovative solutions for complex assignments
- Coach colleagues and share technical expertise
- Model behaviors consistent with company values
- Build consensus and facilitate team agreements
- Support customer and operational project activities
- Communicate difficult or sensitive information clearly
