- Coordinate IS requests with the BG CIO
- Translate business strategy into digital roadmaps
- Develop regional IS initiatives
- Build and manage regional IS project and application portfolios
- Provide visibility on project progress and delivery
- Demonstrate project value creation
- Lead and coordinate IS projects
- Ensure project delivery within timelines, costs, and quality
- Assess project capacity and allocate resources
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Implement risk mitigation actions
- Prepare and manage the regional IS budget
- Develop business cases for IS investments, upgrades, and solutions
- Define KPIs for project delivery
- Monitor IS performance KPIs
- Measure the business impact of IS initiatives
- Ensure solutions deliver value throughout their lifecycle
- Support user adoption and continuous improvement of solutions
- Coordinate IMS processes, regional audits, and compliance
- Support internal and external audits
- Promote best practices across regions
- Contribute to IS team development
- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to IS teams
