  • Focus on social channels for brand experiences
  • Ground CX Journeys in culture and integrate latest trends
  • Elevate creative and experience excellence
  • Partner with brand teams to deliver data-powered creative ideas
  • Champion empathy in brand building through personalized communication
  • Lead the adoption of Gen AI and next-generation tools
  • Apply CX Journey principles to activate key moments for BU brands
  • Optimize BU media investment and evolve media mix
  • Drive data-led media planning and measurement
  • Guide JBP partner and retail investment strategies
  • Collaborate with agencies to optimize ROI and compliance
  • Lead collaboration with creative and media partners
  • Define partnership governance and success metrics
  • Drive digital transformation through Global Consumer Digital Strategy
  • Develop and implement Consumer Digital Strategy for Toblerone
  • Own and manage Owned/Earned channels and influencer strategy
  • Perform audits of social media and digital content
  • Develop an always-on content calendar for channels
  • Manage agencies to ensure high performance against briefs
  • Support brand managers in defining comms strategy
  • Assist in developing the Digital Transformation agenda
  • Collaborate with CX teams for successful strategy implementation
  • Provide digital insights to drive data-driven decision making
  • Partner with MDS team for effective data and technology strategies
  • Support Marketing capability programs
  • Oversee collaboration with Creative, Media, and Production agencies
