- Understanding of social play formats' impact on engagement and brand
- Lead cross-functional campaigns from strategy to execution
- Manage creative timelines, production workflows, launch coordination
- Work with or manage external creative agencies and local vendors
- Agency briefing, approvals, and quality control
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Build strong relationships across regional and global teams
- Strategic mindset
- Translate brand goals into localized tactics
- Familiarity with performance reporting
- Interpret campaign results and generate insights
- Prior experience with TCG games and companies
- Deep understanding of TCG development process and distribution
- Lead or support multi-market campaigns across EMEA
- Understanding of regional nuances and market-specific adaptations
- Knowledge of media, programmatic, and user acquisition
- Experience with collaborative campaign management
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized

Tasks
- Translate global brand and campaign briefs into culturally relevant activations
- Plan and execute Riftbound brand campaigns in EMEA
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new set releases and product launches
- Ensure cross-functional alignment for campaign execution
- Identify and address regional constraints and opportunities
- Collaborate with influencer, community, and comms teams for consistent brand expression
- Foster synergies and cross-product opportunities with other games teams
- Enforce brand DNA and guidelines for marketing campaigns
- Define success metrics tied to Riftbound game KPIs
- Identify new marketing opportunities based on player insights
- Provide regional insights to global organized play and partner teams
- Craft unique promotional opportunities for events
- Support brand positioning and storytelling for organized play
- Ensure cohesive brand presence in physical retail and organized play
- Partner with global and regional teams to scale marketing impact
- Manage and track EMEA budget spends
- Share best practices and insights across markets
