As a Brand Activator, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including supporting event management, assisting with product handling, and providing guest services. This role involves representing the brand at events and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

  • Enrollment as a student in event/sport management, business administration, marketing, communication, or main occupation
  • Passion for sports, culture, and sustainability
  • Drive to create real change in people's lives
  • Fluency in German and/or English
  • Availability to work at least 3-4 days a month
  • Reliability, proactivity, and independence
  • Team player in a young and diverse team

Tasks

  • Support project managers in event management
  • Assist with product handling and brand induction
  • Manage hospitality and guest services
  • Participate in retail and catering activities
  • Act as a sales assistant at stores and events
  • Represent act.3 and partners at events
  • Provide on-site support during events
  • Help with event set-up and tear-down
  • Support sample management for partners
  • Serve guests and assist catering team
  • Coordinate product and marketing seedings
  • Contribute at act.3 headquarters or Berlin office
