- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams
- Design effective ISR solutions in collaboration with other teams
- Ensure compliance with standards and best practices
- Promote standardized ISR practices aligned with international standards
- Leverage project data to improve quality and cost-efficiency
- Drive lessons learned by compiling REX reports after ISR work packages
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practice sharing
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor ISR work package performance

- Bachelor's degree
