Description

As a Biostatistics Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping clinical trials and ensuring robust statistical evidence. Your work will involve collaborating with scientists, interpreting data, and building partnerships to enhance clinical development efforts.

Requirements

• •PhD in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics or MSc from high ranked university
• •At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• •Hands-on experience in programming analyses of data and data mining in SAS and R
• •Profound knowledge of advanced statistics, probability and mathematics
• •Experience in designing, reviewing and providing input into SOW for external service providers
• •Ability to communicate complex biostatistical concepts to non-statisticians
• •Fluent business English language skills in speaking and writing, additional language skills beneficial

Tasks

• •Set strategic direction for statistical and clinical evidence
• •Collaborate with scientists to design Phase I-III trials
• •Define Go/No Go criteria for decision-making
• •Oversee creation of statistical analysis plans
• •Utilize advanced statistics for trial data analysis
• •Interpret analysis results and create visualizations
• •Engage with outsourcing providers and academic partners
• •Maintain oversight according to regulatory standards
• •Build relationships with commercial partners for clinical development
