- •Master's degree or Ph.D. in statistics, data sciences, epidemiology, or similar area with strong focus in statistics
- •Solid foundation in statistics
- •Proficiency in R and/or SAS, Python is a plus
- •Ability to critically review scientific literature
- •Good communication and presentation skills
- •Teamwork and adaptability
- •English skills mandatory, any other European languages strong plus

- •Identify a relevant clinical question with the GBDS MMA CT team
- •Formulate a hypothetical target trial
- •Emulate the target trial using real-world datasets
- •Specify eligibility criteria and treatment strategies
- •Define follow-up and outcome measures
- •Apply statistical methods to estimate causal effects
- •Compare results with published studies and discuss findings
- •Document the process and present findings to the team
